Clothing Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

At Kirsten Clark Art, all clothing is made to order — we do not hold stock. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery.

If you have any concerns about your order, feel free to contact us via Online Chat or the Contact Form.

Returns & Exchanges – Clothing

Please check your measurements carefully before placing your order. We provide detailed size charts, fabrication notes, and fit guidance on each product page to help you choose the right size.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect size selection. However, we follow standard industry practice and are happy to offer an exchange via store credit for sizing issues.

To be eligible for exchange/store credit:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • In brand new condition with tags attached

  • Free from perfume, deodorant, washing powder, fake tan, makeup, or other marks

Customers are responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs.

All returns must be approved before being sent. Unapproved returns will not be processed and will be returned at the customer’s expense. If return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items. Once your return is received and approved, we will issue store credit, which you can use to place a new order.

Sale Items

All sale or discounted clothing items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been processed. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order and check your order confirmation. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please email us with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

Do not return the item until you’ve received confirmation from our team. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.


Currency

All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.


Customs Duties

For international higher priced item orders, please check your government website for custom duties.


Order Status

We’ll send you a confirmation email of your order when it has been dispatched. You will then receive another email with the tracking information to track your order status.

 

Order Address Error

Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information during checkout, as we create shipping labels directly from the information submitted during checkout.

If you notice an error, please let us know within 24 hours of order, and we’ll do our best to change the shipping address.

Additional Information

  1. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
  2. All delivery times are estimated and kirstenclarkart.com is not responsible for delays due to some unpredictable factors (weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.
