Kirsten Clark Art does not hold stock of any T-shirts. Each T-shirt is printed in New Zealand when you order.

  • New Zealand orders: Usually delivered within 7 - 10 days from order placement.
  • Australia orders: Usually delivered within 10–14 days from order placement.

Returns Policy

We understand that shopping online can be tricky, and choosing the right size isn’t always easy. Please ensure you read the T-shirt description carefully and use the Size chart. If you're a first-time customer and haven’t selected the right size, please let us know—we’ll be happy to accept your return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Strict Quality Control

We take pride in delivering high-quality garments, and each T-shirt undergoes a thorough quality inspection before being shipped. This ensures that every item meets our high standards before it reaches you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Please check all details carefully before placing your order.

Important Return Conditions

  • All returns must be APPROVED by our team before being sent back—unapproved returns will not be processed.
  • Items must be returned in their original, brand-new condition, with all tags attached and within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Returned items must have no stains, marks, or odors, including perfume, deodorant, fake tan, washing powder, or makeup.
  • If the washing instructions clearly listed on the label have not been followed, we will not be able to offer a replacement.
  • If a return does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet all return conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs—we do not provide return labels or cover return shipping.
  • Returns must be sent via a trackable courier or registered post. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Once your return is received and approved, we will issue store credit so you can place a new order.
