CANVAS PRINTS
Custom made to order in New Zealand, Australia and USA.
Packaging:
- Rolled unstretched canvas prints are carefully rolled with acid-free tissue and shipped in a sturdy protective tube from our printing partners.
- Stretched + Stretched & Framed canvas prints are professionally packaged at our framing partners.
Production & Delivery Time frames:
- Rolled / Unstretched canvas: 2 weeks
- Stretched Canvas: 2 - 3 weeks
- Stretched & Framed Canvas: 3 - 4 weeks.
- Delivery times depend on your location.
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.
LIMITED & OPEN EDITION PRINTS (Paper)
All paper prints are custom made to order by our professional fine art printing lab.
Packaging: Prints are wrapped in protective tissue and shipped in sturdy protective tubes.
Production & Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 2 weeks from order to delivery.
Delivery times depend on your location.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.
DISPATCH LOCATOINS
Kirsten's studio is based in Auckland, New Zealand. To ensure efficient production and delivery , artwork is produced and shipped through trusted fine art printing and framing partners.
- New Zealand customers: artwork is printed, framed and shipped within New Zealand.
- Australian customers: artwork maybe printed in New Zealand or Australia, framed in Australia and shipped from Australia. Depending on the product.
- USA customers: artwork is produced and shipped from our USA fine art printer and framing partners.
- Original paintings are shipped from New Zealand.

The below shipping time frames provide an estimate of time it will take for your artwork will take to reach your doorstep, following the made-to order timeframes listed above.
New Zealand & Australia
- Rolled paper and canvas prints: 2 weeks
- Stretched canvas: 2 - 3 weeks
- Stretched & framed canvas: 3 - 4 weeks
USA

Damaged Artwork in Transit
Damage during transit is rare, however if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us with photographs of the damage and packaging so we can assist. Approved damage claims will be replaced in line with our Refund Policy.
Currency
All transactions are processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout, as shipping labels are created directly from the information provided.
If you notice an error, please let us know within 24 hours of order, and we’ll do our best to change the shipping address before dispatch.
Additional Information
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
