This is a straight cut shape, so the flat lay HEM width is the same as the Chest width.

To find your right fit, grab your favourite tee that you are happy with the fit - either a relaxed-fit or oversized tee, lay it flat, measure the chest, length, sleeves and shoulder. Then compare measurements to find a match in the chart above.
Measurements:
- Length: from where shoulder seam meets the collar to the hem.
- Shoulder: from where the shoulder seam meets the sleeve on side to another side.
- Chest: from the stitchs below the armpits on one side to another
- Sleeve length: from where the shoulder seam meets armhole to the cuff.
Typically - relaxed-fit is standard size, and oversized go up a size. However if you are in between sizes or want it roomier go up a size - or two for extra baggy.

Returns & Exchanges – Clothing
Please check your measurements carefully before placing your order. We provide detailed size charts, fabrication notes, and fit guidance on each product page to help you choose the right size.
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect size selection. However, we follow standard industry practice and are happy to offer an exchange via store credit for sizing issues.
To be eligible for exchange/store credit:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

In brand new condition with tags attached

Free from perfume, deodorant, washing powder, fake tan, makeup, or other marks
Customers are responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs.
All returns must be approved before being sent. Unapproved returns will not be processed and will be returned at the customer’s expense. If return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the return.
Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items. Once your return is received and approved, we will issue store credit, which you can use to place a new order.
Sale Items
All sale or discounted clothing items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been processed. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order and check your order confirmation.

Do not return the item until you’ve received confirmation from our team. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.
Currency
All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.
Customs Duties
For international higher priced item orders, please check your government website for custom duties.
Order Status
We’ll send you a confirmation email of your order when it has been dispatched. You will then receive another email with the tracking information to track your order status.
Order Address Error
Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information during checkout, as we create shipping labels directly from the information submitted during checkout.
If you notice an error, please let us know within 24 hours of order, and we’ll do our best to change the shipping address.
