ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Kirsten Clark is a New Zealand artist known for her captivating landscapes and evocative floral portraits. Inspired by traditional, impressionist, and plein air paintings, Kirsten's work merges the worlds of photography and painting, resulting in artwork that possesses a painterly effect.
ABOUT LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
Unless otherwise stated, artworks are printed on premium Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm — a white cotton artist paper with a soft texture and lightly defined felt structure. It enhances the painterly quality of each image, offering rich depth and a museum-grade finish. The paper is acid- and lignin-free, ISO 9706 certified, and designed for longevity and to last generations.
The combination of the wide tonal range of the printing inks and premium fine art paper enhances the tonal depth, detail, and painterly quality of Kirsten’s artwork.
Museum-quality refers to the use of premium giclée printing processes and museum-grade fine art materials designed for exceptional longevity and colour stability.
Giclée printing uses high-resolution pigment inks with a wide tonal range to achieve rich detail, depth, and colour accuracy on museum-grade fine art paper.
With proper care, these prints are designed to last 100 years or more and have the potential to become family heirlooms passed down through generations.

To help preserve the longevity of your artwork, limited edition prints should be framed behind UV-protective glass and displayed away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and damp conditions.
We also recommend using a mat or spacer between the print and glass to help preserve the artwork over time. Read our framing guide here
PRINT TYPES
All artworks are produced as giclee prints using premium fine art materials designed for beautiful colour, tonal detail and longevity.
The differences are:
LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
Limited Edition fine art paper prints are premium collectible artworks created in strictly limited quantities. Once the edition size has sold out, no further prints are produced in that size.
Printed on premium museum-grade cotton rag paper, each artwork features the artist’s signature and includes a numbered Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
Limited Editions are designed for collectors and those seeking a more exclusive fine art piece.
Limited editions apply specifically to the stated fine art paper format and edition size.
Canvas prints are considered a separate print format and substrate from the limited edition paper print.
OPEN EDITION PRINTS
Open editions designed to be easy to buy, easy to frame and easy to live with.
Printed on archival fine art paper, they offer beautiful colour and tonal quality while providing a more accessible fine art option for the home or interior space.
Open edition prints are not limited in quantitiy.
Paper prints are framed behind either standard or UV protective glass, with a mat or spacer between print and glass for presentation and protection.
CANVAS PRINTS
Canvas prints are designed as a ready-to-hang artwork solution.
Printed on premium fine art canvas using archival inks, each canvas is finished with a protective non-reflective coating and stretched over a timber support frame.
Optional float or tray framing is available to complete the gallery-style presentation.
Unlike paper prints, canvas prints do not require glass, making them lighter and easier to hang, particularly in larger sizes.

ART REVIEWS
We love hearing from our art collectors - here's what they're saying.
BLUE DENIM HYDRANGEA
I purchased the Blue Denim Hydrangea for my living room and absolutely love it. The depth of colour and detail are quite mesmerising. Kirsten was amazing to work with and when I contacted her about the print she was able to do a mock up of what it would look like in my actual living room, with different sizing options.
She also placed the print in the picture at the right height to be hung and gave me options in the picture so I could see what the end picture would look like in my room.
No risk of buyers remorse, I will defintely be back to buy more.

WHITE CAMELLIAS & SKULL RING
I have selected a number of Kirsten's works over the years; her paintings and photography have been placed in my office and house. The most recent piece I bought is my favourite: "White Camellias & Skull Ring". The flowers in the vase with a skull ring at the base represent a juxtaposition of beauty and the beast. It is incredibly beautiful and is often commented on by friends.

ELECTRIC SUNSET ONETANGI
We’ve spent countless evenings at Onetangi Beach, captivated by the sunsets. This print by Kirsten does an amazing job of capturing those breathtaking colors and the peaceful vibe of the beach. We have a simple, minimalistic decor, and the custom white mat and frame make this art fit in perfectly. Every time we glance at it, we're instantly back on our favourite beach. It's a beautiful addition to our home.

MILFORD SOUND GOLDEN HOUR
Kirsten's Milford Sound Golden Hour is so mysterious and moody; it delights me every day.

BLUSHING BRIDES & HELLEBORE WINTER ROSE
I have followed Kirsten's artistic journey for many years and recently rewarded myself with 'Blushing Brides' and 'Hellebore - Winter Rose'.
As an avid gardener and lover of nature Kirsten's flower prints are like bringing the outdoors inside for me and I smile every time I look at them. They are both beautiful and tranquil.
Kirsten's eye for detail is also invaluable when choosing the right frame for your work of art.
KAREN. AUCKLAND
My home is over 120 years old, so I was looking for a colourful print that felt like a mix of old and new for the spare room. I found a beautiful sunflower print on the Kirsten Clark Art website. With Kirsten’s framing advice, I chose a simple A1 frame with clean, minimal lines — it’s perfect for the room.

HELLEBORE WINTER ROSE
I like the haunting renaissance feel of this artwork.

LASTING BLOOMS DRIED HYDRANGEAS
I cannot recommend Kirsten Clark Art enough. I was looking to modernise the artwork in my house and a friend suggested I look at her website. I chose the Lasting Blooms Dried Hydrangeas Canvas and was not disappointed. I provided a photo of the space and Kirsten sent through the art work as it would look in place, she also provided framing options and styling suggestions on how to harmonise the print with the furniture.
I have fallen back in love with my home again.
