SHIPPING

At Kirsten Clark Art, all clothing is made to order — we do not hold stock. Please allow 1-3 days production plus 10-14 days shipping for delivery. You'll receive a tracking notification once dispatched.

PO Boxes:  We do not deliver to PO boxes.

EXCHANGES

Please check your measurements carefully before placing your order. We provide detailed size charts, fabrication notes, and fit guidance on each product page to help you choose the right size.

We will offer to provide an exchange or store credit to the value of the product if you have ordered the incorrect size (excluding discounted or sale items). The product will be exchanged for the same product in a different size and shipped at the expense of customer.  We do not offer exchange or store credit for change-of-mind purchases.

Conditions:

To be eligible for exchange/store credit:

• Item exchange request within 7 days of delivery

• In brand new, unwashed condition with tags attached. Free from perfume, deodorant, washing powder, fake tan, makeup or other marks
  

Process:

Contact us with the following:

• Your order number and sizing issue.
• All exchanges must be approved before being sent to us. 
• Upon approval we will provide our returns address to send the item to. (Note this is different to what is on the courier parcel - do not send to that address.)
• Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
• Once we have received your item, we will arrange your exchange or issue store credit to the value of the product.
• If exchange conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the returned item.
• Customers are responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs.
• Unapproved returns will not be processed and will be returned at the customer’s expense. 

RETURNS

If your item arrives faulty or we've sent the wrong item, we'll provide a replacement or store credit covering the return shipping.

Conditions:

• Return request within 7 days of delivery

Process:

Please contact us with the following:

• Provide your order number.

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos, if applicable

• Upon approval we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the product to be returned. 
  
• Once product is received and the request accepted, we will offer a replacement or store credit for the product value and any shipping costs incurred in original payment.
• If return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the returned item.

Sale & Discounted Items

All sale or discounted clothing items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been processed. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order and check your order confirmation. 

Currency

All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.

Customs Duties

For international higher priced item orders, please check your government website for custom duties.

Order Status

We’ll send you a confirmation email of your order when it has been dispatched. You will then receive another email with the tracking information to track your order status.

Order Address Error

Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information during checkout, as we create shipping labels directly from the information submitted during checkout.

If you notice an error, please let us know within 24 hours of order, and we’ll do our best to change the shipping address.

1. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
2. All delivery times are estimated and kirstenclarkart.com is not responsible for delays due to some unpredictable factors (weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.

Created just for you when you place order  - reducing waste and overproduction. 

Production 1 - 3 days before shipment. Once item is dispatched the estimated delivery time is 10 - 14 days.
