Tulip Leaf Tee (Relaxed to Oversized)

Our Oversized Tee is designed to be worn relaxed or oversized depending on the size you choose:

• Choosing your usual size gives a relaxed-fit. It is a straight cut, so how it falls depends on body shape.
• Sizing up gives an oversized look.
• Sizing up again, gives a looser, baggy oversized look. 

Size Chart

The size chart below provides flat laid measurements to help you select the right size for Women's Oversized Tee - Drop shoulder, short sleeve, 190gsm. 

Important before you choose

• Measurements are for flat-lay garment not body. 
• This is a straight cut shape, so the flat lay Hem width is the same as the Chest width.
• Sleeve length increases as you size up. (See Model example below).
• Measurements can vary within 1 to 3cm, this is within the manufacturers tolerance.

Example Fit 

Model 5ft6 Size 14 top / 16 bottom - wearing standard size M to two sizes up XL. To get the oversized look - went up 1 size, to get baggy oversize with long sleeves went up 2 sizes.

How to Measure

For the most accurate comparison:

• Take a tee you already love the fit of
• Lay it flat
• Grab a tap measure
• Measure the chest, length, shoulder and sleeve of tee
• Compare to chart to find your size
• Recommended: Measure your chest and hips - compare to flat lay chest measuremements in chart to double-check tee fit. 

Measurements:

• Chest: from the stitchs below the armpits on one side to another
• Length: from where shoulder seam meets the collar to the hem.
• Shoulder: from where the shoulder seam meets the sleeve on side to another side.
  
• Sleeve: from where the shoulder seam meets armhole to the cuff.

To look after your wearable art, please read and follow:

• Wash separately before use. 
• Cold gentle machine wash inside out. 
• Do not bleach or soak
• Do not use enzyme detergents
• Do not tumble dry
• Dry in shade
• Do not iron print. Use cool iron reverse side. 
• Do not dry clean.

Shipping

At Kirsten Clark Art, all clothing is made to order — we do not hold stock. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges – Clothing

Please check your measurements carefully before placing your order. We provide detailed size charts, fabrication notes, and fit guidance on each product page to help you choose the right size.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect size selection. However, we follow standard industry practice and are happy to offer an exchange via store credit for sizing issues.

To be eligible for exchange/store credit:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• In brand new condition with tags attached

• Free from perfume, deodorant, washing powder, fake tan, makeup, or other marks
  

Customers are responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs.

All returns must be approved before being sent. Unapproved returns will not be processed and will be returned at the customer’s expense. If return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items. Once your return is received and approved, we will issue store credit, which you can use to place a new order.

Sale Items

All sale or discounted clothing items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been processed. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order and check your order confirmation. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please email us with the following:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos, if applicable

Do not return the item until you’ve received confirmation from our team. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.

Currency

All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.

Customs Duties

For international higher priced item orders, please check your government website for custom duties.

Order Status

We’ll send you a confirmation email of your order when it has been dispatched. You will then receive another email with the tracking information to track your order status.

Order Address Error

Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information during checkout, as we create shipping labels directly from the information submitted during checkout.

If you notice an error, please let us know within 24 hours of order, and we’ll do our best to change the shipping address.
