Still Life - Tulips, Poppies & Freesias
I created this still life arrangement featuring double-headed tulips, poppies, and freesias, elegantly displayed in an antique Crown Lynn vase, to evoke the style of an Old Masters painting.
This piece commemorates the end of Auckland's extended COVID-19 lockdown, which lasted seven weeks from mid-August to early October 2020. I literally ran to the flower shop when it was open again.
