Artist Statement
Moke Lake, a hidden gem just outside of Queenstown, is cradled by freshwater wetlands, farmland, and towering mountains. Its sheltered location often keeps the water calm and serene, creating stunning reflections on the lake’s surface.
On this early autumn morning, after photographing the lake, I was captivated by the golden hues of the mountains and grasses, the low-hanging clouds drifting across the peaks, and the soft light brushing the mountain slopes.

BLUE DENIM HYDRANGEA
I purchased the Blue Denim Hydrangea for my living room and absolutely love it. The depth of colour and detail are quite mesmerising. Kirsten was amazing to work with and when I contacted her about the print she was able to do a mock up of what it would look like in my actual living room, with different sizing options.
She also placed the print in the picture at the right height to be hung and gave me options in the picture so I could see what the end picture would look like in my room.

I have selected a number of Kirsten's works over the years; her paintings and photography have been placed in my office and house. The most recent piece I bought is my favourite: "White Camellias & Skull Ring". The flowers in the vase with a skull ring at the base represent a juxtaposition of beauty and the beast. It is incredibly beautiful and is often commented on by friends.

We’ve spent countless evenings at Onetangi Beach, captivated by the sunsets. This print by Kirsten does an amazing job of capturing those breathtaking colors and the peaceful vibe of the beach. LASTING BLOOMS DRIED HYDRANGEAS
I cannot recommend Kirsten Clark Art enough. I was looking to modernise the artwork in my house and a friend suggested I look at her website. I chose the Lasting Blooms Dried Hydrangeas Canvas and was not disappointed. I provided a photo of the space and Kirsten sent through the art work as it would look in place, she also provided framing options and styling suggestions on how to harmonise the print with the furniture.
I have fallen back in love with my home again.
